• Wrote the Radiology Department’s downtime policy for dealing with outages to PACS, PS360, Epic, and combinations of those; policy used by the Epic team to write their own downtime.
• Spearheaded recovery efforts following a VCenter update that caused Merge PACS to malfunction due to unavailable storage. Worked closely with Merge and Management Information Systems staff to add temporary nearline storage to allow inbound exams to process again and restore system functionality.
